Returns

Fourteen days from delivery, for any reason or none, as long as the pen is in a condition we could sell again.

How

Email returns@rollpie.com.tr with your order number. You will get an address and a note to put in the box. Send it back however you like; the postage is yours unless the pen arrived faulty, in which case it is ours.

Refunds

Money goes back the way it came, within five working days of the parcel reaching us. Card refunds can take another few days to show on a statement, which is your bank’s doing rather than ours.

Used pens

A pen you have written with is still returnable — unlacquered brass starts changing on day one and we are not going to pretend otherwise. A pen that has been dropped on a tiled floor is a repair, not a return.
