Warranty

The mechanism is guaranteed for as long as you own the pen. Not thirty years, not “the expected lifetime of the product” — as long as you own it.

What is covered

The cam, the spring and the threads. If the twist goes gritty, stops seating, or starts turning without deploying the nib, send it back and we re-cut the cam. There is no charge and no argument.

What is not

Patina, scratches, dents and the marks of ordinary use. These are not faults; they are the reason the surface is unlacquered. Refills are consumables.

Repairs outside the warranty

A crushed barrel or a snapped clip can usually be replaced for the cost of the part. Write to repairs@rollpie.com.tr with a photograph and we will tell you what it takes.
